I recently shared a post with a Twitter widget for the upcoming AAAAI 2015 meeting in February. The Western Society of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (WSAAI) meeting also recently concluded (thanks to Sharon Wong of Nut Free Wok for the heads-up!) and @MatthewBowdish live-tweeted a wealth of information about various topics. Check out the widget below, which has a compilation of Dr. Bowdish's tweets from the meeting. You can also use this link, if you want to add other search terms. Happy searching!

Selena, thank you so much for staying on top of what is happening in the medical community. I have to say that watching our beloved allergists during this conferences via twitter feels like a guilty pleasure. I think we need to send you one day and then you can tweet to us like a fiend.
ReplyDeleteI know, I love reading them! With 5 days, filled with so many sessions, it would take a team to cover it all! :)
DeleteThis is such an informative website! My 2 yr old daughter has moderate eczema and is allergic to tomatoes, eggs, and tree nuts. Since her diet seems a bit restricted, I was wondering what kind of multivitamin you would recommend. I use the childlife for kids and am not liking it.
ReplyDeleteThanks,
monica
Thank you! Even with my daughter's many restrictions, I don't have her on a multivitamin. I tried to find one I liked, but even the allergy-friendly ones all seem to have something that excluded them for us, as I recall. My daughter eats many healthy foods like quinoa, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, hemp seeds, etc. and I am hoping she is getting the vitamins she needs. I wish I could be of more help in that area!
